Robert's Rules of Order Collection

Run formal meetings with confidence โ€” from your first board seat to the largest convention floor. Procedural guidance, motion tracking, and formal minutes that flow from meeting to record.

A family of three progressive parliamentary procedure toolkits based on Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised (12th edition). Start with Essentials for lightweight structure, graduate to Standard for full compliance, or deploy Complete for legislative-grade precision.

Pick your level. Get structure immediately. Extend as your governance matures.

๐Ÿš€ Why This Collection?

Procedural confidence. One-tap shortcuts for motions, points of order, and voting procedures. AI-generated minutes in proper RONR format. No more "how do we handle this?"

Progressive complexity. Three editions โ€” same agenda structure, increasing depth. Start simple, upgrade when needed. Your data travels with you.

Delivery everywhere. Email formal minutes, copy action items, archive to document management. PDF exports for compliance. The record lives where you need it.

Your starting point. Edit the agenda, add organization-specific motions, connect to your document management system. The manifest is yours to evolve.
